Send a Reply Card & Plant 10 Trees
Five minutes of your time can help change the world.
After your move is successfully completed, you will receive a Customer Satisfaction Reply Card through e-mail. This reply card is important to us. We appreciate the honesty of our customers. Your comments, good or bad, allow us to improve our services in the future.
The reply cards include brief questions on our communication throughout your move, as well as the quality of service. You will be asked to rate each item on a scale of 1-5, with 5 being the highest.
In 2008 we were able to achieve an overall satisfaction rating of 4.79, and in 2009, we finished with a 4.81. We are determined to do better by our customers. All of your comments and concerns are important. We will keep them in mind and improve our services accordingly.
Currently, over 400 of our Customers have returned their Reply Cards, and we have an Overall Satisfaction score of 4.85, with a 96% referral rate! With your help in returning our Reply Cards we can achieve our goal.
A score of 4 lowers our ranking and means that there is some way that we can still improve. For us, a 4 is not acceptable. If we do not earn a score of a 5 from you, please let us know what we could do, or what we could have done of better.
Trees for the Future
All Pro Moving is proud to partner with Trees for the Future. This non-profit organization has made a huge impact on our global environment. By planting trees, they help developing countries and local communities regain their livelihoods.
Many developing countries suffer from polluted and degraded lands. This raises the likelihood of health risks, starvation, and poverty. When the forest canopy is non-existent due to deforestation and the topsoil is eroded, it is difficult to do plant without resources.
The dedicated volunteers and community leaders at Trees for the Future have created programs world-wide to educate and provide people with the tools to reclaim their environment. Tree planting is a significant part to this process.
